Success Trader Promotion Term's

Eligibility: This Promotion is exclusively available to new SuccessTrader account holders who open an account only through the "Take Advantage Now" link at https://stevendux.lpages.co/success-trader-promo. Any participant must have prior trading experience, and initially fund their SuccessTrader account with a minimum of $30,000 for domestic accounts or $50,000 for international accounts in certain approved jurisdictions. A "new" account is defined as one that has not been opened at SuccessTrader by an individual or entity within the last 6 months. Eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of SuccessTrader.

Promotion Period: This Promotion is valid for a limited time only. SuccessTrader reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Restrictions: This Promotion is not available to:

• Employees and agents of U.S. or foreign financial institutions (including banks, broker-dealers, and financial advisors).
• Employees of U.S. securities exchanges (such as NYSE and Nasdaq).
• Employees, owners, agents, or consultants of SuccessTrader and its affiliates.
• International accounts that are not on the broker-dealer or clearing firm’s list of approved countries.
• Individuals or entities that have opened a SuccessTrader account within the last 6 months.
  
  

Funding Requirement: The initial account deposit at SuccessTrader must meet the eligibility requirements of $30,000 for domestic accounts or $50,000 for international accounts in certain approved jurisdictions (referred to as “Eligible Deposit”). Multiple account deposits, or deposits combined from multiple accounts, cannot be combined to qualify for an Eligible Deposit.

Award Revocation: SuccessTrader reserves the right to revoke any Promotion Award if participants do not comply with the terms outlined herein.
